Checked out some of the old posts from the past year, and couldn't help being impressed with the atmosphere here, very friendly. Also very impressed to see that Cherie is activly involved with this board, to her credit, unlike other celebs I know of.
I do have a few questions, if anyone would care to answer them. How did Cherie get into investigating bigfoot? Also, what has Marie been up to over the years? Last I heard anything about Cherie and Marie was at least 15 years ago. Lastly, I have an old vinyl copy of Cherie and Marie's Messin' With the Boys, and was wondering about the chances of getting them to sign it for me?

Glad to answer your questions!
Hunting for Big Foot was simply a matter of being in the right place at the right time. A Current Affair was in the middle of filming a feature on Cherie and her recently adopted art of Chainsaw Carving when they acquired exclusive footage of a new sighting. The producers of ACA thought it would be a good fit and a lot of fun to have along our blonde bombshell with her chainsaw in hand on their trek through the Canadian wilderness.
Marie is a very successful mortgage banker, and has raised two wonderful children, Tina and Trevor, with ex-husband Steve Lukather. Trevor is poised to become a rock star himself in the next 5 minutes or so. He's been gigging around Hollywood, has appeared on TV several times, recorded some great tracks and attracted major management. Marie still sings occassionally with Cherie, and is a mucho talented clay sculptor.
Cherie's son Jake is also an incredible musician, by the way. A true natural! Only 14 and he plays guitar, drums and bass, and writes kick a&& songs! He's done a few gigs with his bands and backed up his Mom on the radio recently, on Sex Pistols' Steve Jones' show, Jonesy's Jukebox.
As for autographs, there's a bunch of awesome autographed stuff in our web store, located here:
http://www.rocketcityrecords.com/cherie_merch2.htm
and also here:

The girls are perfectly happy to autograph things, but it's best to wait until they do a signing, even if you can't be there. Otherwise it can take many many months and things run a serious risk of getting misplaced. If you wait until a signing is in the works, the Rocket City office can bring the item to the event and take responsibility for mailing it back to you. Check these message boards or join Cherie's fan club mailing list to be alerted to upcoming events. (Send an email to with "Join Cherie fan Club" in the subject line.)
The rules for getting things signed this way are:
* Three items maximum
* All items will be personalized to you
* You have to provide a suitable return envelope with sufficient postage attached, with your name and mailing address on it, along with your items. (Remember to include cardboard backing or bubble wrap so the post office doesn't mangle them in transit.)
* No blank index cards, no computer print outs, no home made copies of official merchandise, no bootlegs of any kind. (These things will not be returned.)
* Only send the actual thing you want signed. (For example, do not send a jewel case or vinyl LP if you only want the cover signed.)
Did I miss anything?

Well, come to think of it, I do have one other question regarding the avatars. What is the maximum size these images can be?

hmmm, that's a question for Reved. He told me once...if I remember correctly it's 128 square.
